Bone faced melamine foam has excellent acoustical and thermal properties. The melamine foam has a light weight design that makes it a superior sound absorbing material. The Bone Faced Melamine has a durable urethane coating that allows the sound to travel into the foam to be absorbed. The bone facing has a very pleasing light beige appearance and can be placed in areas where aesthetics and function are crucial. Used in churches, corporate cafeterias, concert halls and home theaters.

Because this is a Melamine foam, it is a class A fire rated material. This foam is an optimal material where acoustics are a must and compliance with stringent fire codes is required.
