Tedlar Faced Melamine Foam is ideal for sound absorption where fire safety is an issue. Tedlar Faced Melamine is a durable facing that does not allow grease, oil, and other liquids to penetrate into the foam. In addition, Tedlar is suitable for wet environments. The Tedlar faced foam is useful in small work areas with loud, sharp noises occur from metal tools or grinding instruments. The foam reduces the amount of noise that is bounced back to the operator.
